Changed your mind? Not the right size or style? No problem.

We are happy to exchange or accept a return of your Selk’bag within 30 days of receipt* of your order. 

 

UNSURE ABOUT SIZING?

Selk'bag is a hybrid product, which means, it was designed to be worn as a sleeping bag, as well as actively. We always recommend going for the bigger size if you’re unsure or in between sizes.

Sizing up can feel a bit loose/baggy while being active, however having extra room for sleeping and relaxing is crucial to ensure comfort while curling up or bending. We recommend rolling up the sleeves on the arms and legs and removing the booties while being active.

A smaller size will feel less baggy and fit better while being active, however, it might feel tight in the neck, feet and crotch when sitting, bending or using it as a sleeping bag with the booties on.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt* of your order for US orders. Please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition. 

If you would like to exchange for another size, please read the “unsure about sizing” paragraph on this page carefully to make sure you have the correct size. Our customer service representatives will also be more than happy to help you select the right size for you.

If you would like to exchange your order, please send a message to our support team HERE. If your order is eligible for exchange, we will authorize the exchange and send instructions + free return shipping labels to ship your Selk’bag back to our warehouse. Once your Selk’bag is received and processed by our warehouse, we will create your exchange order and ship your new item.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt* of your order for US orders. Please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition.

Please note that returns have a $10 shipping/restocking fee, that will be deducted from your refund. 

To make sure your return request gets accepted, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition.

To initiate your return, please send a message to our support team HERE. If your order is eligible for returns, we will authorize the return and send instructions + a shipping label to ship your order back to our warehouse.

Refunds can be issued in the form of a store credit or to your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued when the product is received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!
